A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes towards your service fee. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Deposit can be transferred once to your new appointment if appointment is moved before the 24 hour period. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellation without rescheduling will result in losing your deposit. No call / no show appointments will lose your deposit and be charged 50% of the service fee.
